We are open during regular hours, starting at 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM depending on the day.
Monday – Regular Sauna + Salon Style
Enjoy your regular sauna session with the option to meet helping professionals such as numerologists, astrologers, and more. If interested, feel free to explore their services during your visit to Amour Mio Sauna.
Tuesday – Sauna & Neurographica
Neurographica is a creative method combining art therapy, psychology, and neuroscience, using drawing techniques to reduce stress, enhance self-awareness, and promote positive changes in the mind. After the sauna, your mind is relaxed, which is why Neurographica pairs exceptionally well with a sauna session.
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Sauna + Neurographica — a creative relaxation and self-reflection practice.
Wednesday – Sauna + Tapping (optional)
Relax in the sauna and, if desired, add a Tapping (EFT) session for stress relief. Just ask Tatyana if you would like to try it. After the sauna, your mind and body are relaxed, making it the perfect time to practice Tapping (EFT), which enhances relaxation and helps release emotional stress even further.
Thursday – Sauna and Little Taste of Ukraine, after 6PM
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Little Taste of Ukraine in the Heart of Kelowna — a sauna experience with steaming (with or without venik), traditional Ukrainian snacks like black bread with salo, kvass, dried fish (taranka), and even chocolate-covered salo. Ticket – 50$ CAD
Friday – Banya Style Sauna + Steaming Lessons for Couples with venik (optional)
Enjoy a traditional banya-style sauna.
For couples wishing to learn, we offer steaming lessons to help you discover each other’s strengths, energy, and passion through the art of venik steaming.
On Saturdays, we offer Transformational Games—these are not children’s games, but rather deep, interactive experiences designed to enhance self-awareness, personal growth, and emotional insight, all within a supportive group setting. For more information please be our follower on Instagram.
On Sundays, we have Family Day—two guests for the price of one—with special lessons in mindful practices (see our Instagram for details) designed to nurture love and enhance mutual attraction. Bring your kids for free. Adult Ticket – 25$ CAD
